You can place an order online anytime to access therapeutic-grade, practitioner herbal medicine.  When you sign up as a member, the information on this website will assist you in deciding which herbal medicine is likely to provide you with the most benefit.  A brief questionnaire is included with your first order.  You save time as a face-to-face consultation is not required.

Once placed, your online order is checked by a certified Herbalist. We will contact you when your order is being filled.  These important steps ensure your chosen products are best suited to your health needs based on your provided information. The Herbalist will also ensure your herbal tablets won’t interact with any doctor-prescribed medications you may be taking, and that you won’t be spending money on products you don’t need.

2.   Phone Consultations

We provide phone consultations by appointment anywhere in Australia, offering qualified and experienced nutritional and complementary healthcare advice.  You can access friendly, professional advice and not leave your home or office!  All you need is an email address, telephone and an hour of your time to start your way to better health. 

To use your consultation time most effectively, a health questionnaire will be emailed to you for completion and return prior to your appointment.  Our Herbalist and Nutritionist will contact you on your nominated fixed-line phone number at your appointment time and provide you with personalised natural health advice to address your health concerns. 

If you choose, following your consultation and based upon your health needs, our Herbalist will put together and post to you your own individualised remedies to support your health goals.  You can choose to purchase recommended natural remedies and products from us or elsewhere.

You can request a consultation with our Herbalist and Nutritionist simply by sending an email to info@buyherbsonline.com.au.  Please include your contact phone number, preferred days, and email address so we can arrange a mutually suitable time.  Alternatively, you can make an appointment by contacting us on 0429 921 199.  A consultation normally takes approximately 45-60 minutes and will cost $75.00. A non-refundable credit card payment for your consultation is required at the time the appointment is made.

3.   Ongoing Monitoring and Support

For an initial monthly fee of $125.00 we provide a phone consultation, outlined in 2) above, as well as ongoing monitoring and support.  We will be with you for one month and together our efforts will be oriented towards improving your health and achieving your health goals. All the support you need in the initial month is included in this fee.  Second or subsequent month support will be at a reduced fee, based upon your individual requirements.

4.   E-info

E-info is our free newsletter that is emailed periodically.  You can sign up anytime to receive your e-info.  It contains useful information on herbs, nutrition and essential oils including the latest research.  We also include member experiences and questions.  If you have a health question or query on a particular herb or food that you would like answered or have an experience you would like to share, please send it to info@buyherbsonline.com.au.
